Tybugyo - Company Formation

What we actually do for you

Starting a company in Ireland involves more steps than most people expect. Tybugyo handles the paperwork, the filings, and the follow-up - so you spend your time on the business itself, not on decoding government portals.

8 years of formation experience
14 distinct service types offered
Services
  1. Company Registration

Filing your company with the Companies Registration Office requires specific forms, exact wording, and no room for errors. We prepare and submit everything - articles of association, director details, registered office - and track the application until the certificate arrives.

  2. Registered Office Address

Every Irish company needs a registered address on public record. We provide a Dublin address that satisfies CRO requirements, receives official correspondence, and keeps your home or personal address off the public register.

  3. Tax Registration

Getting your company registered for Corporation Tax, VAT, and employer PAYE involves separate applications to Revenue. We handle each one, making sure the right tax heads are opened at the right time - before your first invoice goes out.

  4. Company Secretary Service

Irish law requires every company to have a company secretary. We act as company secretary, filing the annual return on time and maintaining the statutory registers - so you stay compliant without having to track deadlines yourself.

  5. Annual Compliance Filing

Missing an annual return date triggers automatic late filing penalties that compound quickly. We track your filing dates, prepare the B1 return, and submit it with the required financial statements before the deadline - every year, without reminders from you.

  6. Company Changes and Amendments

Changing a director, updating the registered address, altering share structure, or modifying the company name all require CRO filings with specific forms and timelines. We prepare the documentation and file the change - keeping your company record accurate and up to date.

How a formation actually works

Most clients come to us after spending hours on the CRO website, unsure whether they've filled something in correctly. The process has a fixed sequence - and getting the order wrong means starting over.

  1. Name check - we verify your chosen name against the CRO register and flag any conflicts before you commit to it
  2. Document preparation - constitution, Form A1, director consent forms - drafted to CRO specification
  3. Submission - filed electronically through the CRO portal, with all supporting documents attached correctly
  4. Certificate of Incorporation - once issued, we forward it to you along with your company number
  5. Tax registration - we open the relevant tax heads with Revenue immediately after incorporation

The whole process typically takes five to ten working days from the moment we have everything we need from you. Delays almost always come from incomplete information - which is why we send you a clear checklist at the start.

Working with us - step by step

Every client starts with a short call or email exchange. We ask what you need, explain what's involved, and give you a clear quote before anything is agreed. No retainers, no hidden fees.

Get in touch
Initial conversation

You tell us what you need - a new company, a tax registration, an address service, or help with an existing filing. We confirm what's required and what it will cost.

Information gathering

We send you a structured list of what we need - director details, PPS numbers, preferred company name. You send back what you have; we follow up on anything missing.

Document preparation and filing

We prepare all required documents, check them against current CRO and Revenue requirements, and submit. You get copies of everything filed on your behalf.

Confirmation and handover

Once the CRO or Revenue confirms, we send you the certificate, company number, and any reference numbers you'll need for banking or contracts. Ongoing services continue from here.

Orla Finnegan, client

I'd been putting off registering for months because the CRO website felt overwhelming. Tybugyo handled everything in under a week - I just answered their questions and they took it from there. The company was registered before I'd even finished setting up my bank account.
