About Tybugyo

Helping people start companies without guesswork

Most people who want to register a company hit the same wall - they don't know what they don't know.

Tybugyo grew out of that gap. Since 2016, we've worked with founders, freelancers, and small teams across Ireland and beyond - people who needed practical guidance, not legal jargon. Our workshops teach company formation as a skill: something you can understand, apply, and repeat.

What we actually do

We run structured, hands-on workshops where participants work through the real steps of forming a company - from choosing a structure to filing documents correctly. No filler, no theory for theory's sake.

Remote access built in from the start.

Because learners join from different parts of the country, every session is designed to work fully online. Assignments are asynchronous-friendly, and the exercises reflect real regulatory conditions - not a generic template.

How sessions are structured

  • Step-by-step assignments that mirror real filing sequences
  • Interactive exercises with scenario-based decision points
  • Collaborative tools for group review and peer feedback

A participant once told us she'd tried to register her company twice before finding us.

Both times she'd read guides, watched videos, and still ended up with rejected filings. The problem wasn't effort - it was that the information she found described the process without teaching the judgment calls inside it. Which structure fits a solo founder who plans to hire later? When does a holding company make sense and when does it add unnecessary cost? These aren't questions with single right answers, and that's exactly what the workshops address.

Our approach puts participants in the decision seat. Each module presents a realistic scenario - a specific business type, a specific regional context, a specific goal - and asks learners to work through it. Facilitators guide without prescribing. By the end, participants have made enough decisions that the next real one feels familiar rather than frightening.

The content updates regularly. Company law isn't static, and neither are the practical realities of filing in different jurisdictions. We track changes and revise exercises when the ground shifts.

"The moment someone stops asking 'is this right?' and starts asking 'which option fits my situation?' - that's when the workshop has done its job."

"Remote learners face real barriers - time zones, connectivity, regional rules. We design around those constraints rather than pretending they don't exist."
